All original paperwork is sent via e-mail to the buyer for their records and in the package with the products itself for customs clearance. LSB Products is NOT responsible for providing a NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) documentation for our Canadian and Mexican buyers. All international buyers are solely responsible for ALL duties, tariffs and taxes deemed applicable by their own country on all imported goods.

We currently accept payment by credit card (Visa and Master Cards) and wire transfer. Please note that shipment is quicker when products are paid for by a credit card. Wire Transfers may delay shipment for several weeks. All ordered products are sent via UPS –Worldwide. Shipment cost is automatically factored into all quoted prices upon customer request via email.
