1. Place approximately 1/2 tsp. (2cc) of well-mixed, cooked, ground soybeans or soybean meal in the small plastic dish provided.
2. Add the SOY-CHEK liquid reagent.
Make sure that you cover the soybean material generously. Swirl gently to spread and wet the sample evenly.
3. Let stand on a white surface without agitation for 5 minutes; read the reaction according to the scale on the SOY-CHEK label.
